The rules for using Aarubi Academy clearly and safely.
These terms apply when you use aarubiacademy.com, app.aarubiacademy.com, or any connected Aarubi Academy revision feature. Please read them with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
1. Who operates the service
Aarubi Academy is operated by AARUBI LTD, trading as Aarubi Academy. Our company number is 11262123. Our registered office is 66 The Kent, Rugby, England, CV21 4NQ. You can contact us at hello@aarubiacademy.com.
2. What Aarubi Academy provides
Aarubi Academy provides online GCSE revision support. The first live focus is GCSE Maths Edexcel, including question upload, answer entry, AI-supported marking, feedback, progress tracking, and completed paper review.
The service is designed to support revision. It does not guarantee grades, exam results, placement decisions, university admission, or any other outcome.
3. Accounts and family use
Students and parents must provide accurate information when creating or using an account. You are responsible for keeping account details secure and for telling us promptly if you believe an account has been accessed without permission.
If a student is under 13, or under the age where local law requires parent or guardian involvement, the account should be created, approved, or supervised by a parent or guardian. Parents are responsible for deciding whether the service is appropriate for their child.
4. Free access and future paid plans
Aarubi Academy is currently offered as free early access while the product is being improved. We may introduce paid plans later, including student, family, monthly, or annual options.
If paid plans are introduced, payment terms, cancellation rules, renewal terms, and consumer rights information should be shown before you are charged. We will not charge you for a paid subscription unless you choose a paid plan and provide the required payment details.
5. Uploaded content and student answers
You may upload questions, paper extracts, answer images, typed answers, and related revision materials where the app allows it. You are responsible for making sure you are allowed to upload and use that material for revision.
Do not upload unlawful, abusive, private, confidential, or highly sensitive material. Do not upload personal information about other people unless you have a proper reason and permission to do so.
6. How we may use uploaded content
You keep any rights you already have in your own answers and uploads. By uploading content, you give Aarubi Academy permission to store, process, display, analyse, and transmit that content as needed to provide the service, support your account, maintain security, and troubleshoot issues.
Aarubi Academy does not claim ownership of official exam-board materials. Exam board names, papers, questions, mark schemes, and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners.
7. AI-supported feedback
Aarubi Academy may use AI to extract questions, mark answers, generate feedback, explain mistakes, and suggest next steps. AI output can be useful, but it can also be wrong, incomplete, or misleading.
8. Acceptable use
When using Aarubi Academy, you must not:
- break the law or encourage anyone else to break the law;
- try to access another user's account, data, or private revision records;
- attack, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service;
- upload harmful code, abusive content, or material that infringes another person's rights;
- use the service to create spam, harassment, or unsafe content; or
- misrepresent AI feedback as an official exam-board result.
9. Intellectual property
The Aarubi Academy name, branding, website design, copy, software, and original learning materials belong to Aarubi Academy or its licensors. You may use them only for personal or family revision unless we agree otherwise in writing.
10. Third-party services and exam boards
The service may use or link to third-party services for hosting, authentication, storage, AI feedback, support, analytics, payment, or other functionality. Those services may have their own terms and policies.
Aarubi Academy is not an exam board and is not endorsed by Pearson Edexcel, AQA, OCR, or any other exam board unless this is expressly stated.
11. Changes, suspension, and availability
We may update, pause, restrict, or remove parts of the website or app as the product develops, for maintenance, security, legal reasons, or misuse. We aim to keep the service reliable, but we do not promise that it will always be available or error-free.
12. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Aarubi Academy is not responsible for exam results, loss caused by relying only on AI feedback, temporary service unavailability, or indirect losses that were not reasonably foreseeable.
13. International use
Aarubi Academy is currently UK-focused and built around UK GCSE revision. If you access the service from outside the UK, you are responsible for making sure your use is lawful where you are located.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you may also have mandatory rights in the country where you live.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Aarubi Academy develops. If a change is important, we will take reasonable steps to make it clear, such as updating this page or notifying account holders where appropriate.
